At CONRADO, we want you to love your sustainable pieces forever. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
